Mental Fitness in Minutes

Pause. Breathe. Repeat.

Mindfulness practice is for everyone. In just a few minutes, and with a bit of consistency, anyone can learn mindfulness meditation techniques and incorporate practice as part of daily life.

Let me teach you how to become more present, more focused, more regulated, more patient, and less stressed and anxious.

It isn’t something else to do (you’re busy enough), but a way to be.

What is mindfulness?

When people first learn that I teach mindful meditation, the typical response is, “I could NEVER do that! (clear my head, make my thoughts disappear, stop my mind from spinning, sit cross-legged for hours in silence,…” - Insert your own reason here). But you’re in luck because this IS NOT mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the practice of developing a different relationship with all of the thoughts and feelings that bombard you every day so that you don’t get carried away by them.

Mindfulness is about being fully present in your life, understanding how your brain works, learning how to better self-regulate, decrease stress, and manage everything that comes your way with more ease and resilience.

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on what’s happening right now instead of letting intrusive thoughts carry you away.

“When we learn to observe our anxious thoughts and feelings with kindness and curiosity, we are less gripped and controlled by them.”
